Ocean and Coastal economic data may be selected by choosing ocean adjacent county regions. The Ocean Economy sector data are available for 2005 through 2010 in eight coastal regions that were established by the Coastal Services Center of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Adminstration. These are provided as a regional reference of data and information relevant to their states and local economies.
Note: These shoreline regions were revised with the release of the January 2014 ENOW data. Data obtained from NOEP prior to 2014 may not be consistent with the current release.

These ocean shoreline regions are also available for selectiing data from the Coastal Economy and Population & Housing datasets. In addition, these datasets may be selected for the Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions of Florida.
